Home Groups
Home Groups are at the heart of our church family - a place to grow together and encourage one another from week to week.
If you want to be fully part of the life of Freedom Church Bristol, there’s no better place to start than joining a home group. These small, welcoming groups meet weekly in homes for friendship, Bible study, and prayer - creating space to grow deeper in faith and community. You're welcome to visit any of them before making a decision about which one you would like to join.
Tuesday evenings in Warmley from 7:30 to 9:00 pm
Wednesday evenings in Kingswood from 6:30 to 9:00 pm (includes dinner)
Thursday mornings in Kingswood from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm
Each group begins with tea, coffee, biscuits or cake, and in the case of the Wednesday group, a full meal and great conversation!
What Happens in Home Groups?
Home groups are built around Bible study, discussion, and prayer. We dig deeply into Scripture, exploring its meaning and how it applies to life today. We laugh, listen, encourage one another, and support each other in prayer.
All our groups follow the same series of studies, usually based on the Sunday preaching, so that we’re growing and learning together as a whole church.
They are mixed groups, with men and women of all ages and life stages. Whether you're new to faith, returning after time away, or wanting to grow deeper, there’s a place for you.
